Receiving Signals per email

How difficult is it for FA to send us emails if we receive signals? It happens a few times per month that we do not get email notifications of new signals. What is the problem?

        I am having the same problem.On the 8 Jan signals there were three signals but i only receive 1 signal. Please check the system, there is something wrong or think of other alternatives where signal are guranteed send.
