Signal notification

I did not receive the last signal for EUR/JPY on 26/11. Does anyone know why?

        Signals are sent to all members at once. Please check your signal settings in your profile (member's page) and do a test. Make sure the correct email address is entered. You should receive a test email / sms once you set the signal's settings.

        I also now have missed another trade, USD/JPY that you mention, yet others are in the chat room talking about the trade?

        Yes, you are true. I did not receive the TWO last signals too, one for EURJPY on 26/11(server time 07:30) and the next signal for USDJPY on 27/11 (server time 05:40). I don´t know where is the problem, but it isn´t on my side. There is few signals in month and when they are I don´t receive them. I call for explanation from FA !!!
